Changed your mind? No hard feelings.

You've got 14 days from the day your order lands to start a return. To send something back, it needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with any tags still on — basically, the way it showed up.

To start a return, email us at support@pranknologia.shop with your order number. We'll send you the return address and simple instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — we won't be able to accept it.

The one exception: Mystery Drops. Not knowing what's inside is the whole point, so those are final sale — no returns or exchanges. (You knew the risk. That's the fun.)

Arrived broken or wrong? That's on us. Email us the moment it shows up — a photo helps — and we'll make it right, fast.

Refunds. Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll approve it and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to make it show up — that part's out of our hands.

Exchanges. Fastest way to swap: return what you've got, and once it's approved, place a fresh order for the thing you actually want.

In the EU? You've also got a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason — same condition rules apply.
