When will my order arrive?

Most orders land in 7–20 days, depending on where you are. Our finds come from specialty makers around the world, so the really good stuff takes a beat to reach you. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide — including the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the UAE. If you've got an address, we've probably got you.

What's your return policy?

Didn't get the reaction you hoped for? You've got 14 days from delivery to reach out for a return or replacement. (Mystery Drops are the one exception — the whole point is not knowing, so those are final.)

Are the pranks actually harmless?

Always. We only stock fun that leaves everyone laughing — nothing dangerous, nothing mean. Startle your friends, not the emergency room.

Can I send this as a gift?
